I have a design I want from another source, can you work with it?
Of course! We can take any designs you like and make invitations as close as possible to it with any other customizations you would like!
Can you print other foreign languages besides English?
Absolutely! We do require you to provide us with the wording and you will take responsibility for any mistakes in the wording, therefore we do ask you to check your verses thoroughly before submitting to us.
What methods of payment do you accept?
Currently we only accept payments of Cash, or using Facebook Pay/Venmo/Paypal.
How quickly will my order by ready?
Once production has begin, the design process can take up to 2 weeks, with multiple revisions included, and will be in continuous communication by delivering e-proofs frequently. Once final e-proof has been approved, printing and hand trimming processes can take up to 4 weeks, depending on the products. After that, we can set up a meeting time to deliver them, or we will have them shipped to you and will provide you the tracking number. We do our best to get your final product in your hands as fast as we possibly can!
What is your return policy?
All sales are FINAL and NON-REFUNDABLE. Used, opened, and/or final sale items cannot be returned.
CUSTOM orders: A 50% deposit is taken to personalize custom orders and this deposit cannot be refunded once proofs are issued. In addition, custom orders may not be cancelled or refunded once final proofs have been approved. Upon final approval of your proof, NF Designs cannot accept returns or issue refunds due to any and all errors (such as misspelled words, etc). By approving your final proof, you accept responsibility for the information and layout as shown. If errors are discovered after proof approval, NF Designs is required to charge for a reprint.
